To make your Pink Paloma you will need: 50ml Tequila Blanco, 10ml agave syrup, 10ml fresh lime juice, 60ml pink grapefruit juice, soda water and sea salt to garnish.
Salt your glass rim, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add all the ingredients minus the soda water. Shake until your shaker feels really cold, then strain into your rimmed glass. Add some more ice cubes and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit so it matches your outfit. Sip
