Marc DeSouza has an international reputation in the magic community, having won some of the most prestigious magic competitions in the world. Volume 3
A Gift for Fiction
GOOD DECISIONS - A simple, but effective poker deal routine for parlor and stage workers. This is one of Marc's favorite corporate routines. A spectator is asked to take an unusual test to get a job-a game of head-to-head poker. The applicant makes all of the decisions in an attempt to impress the boss and despite his apparent failure, the applicant makes good on his goal in a surprising finish.
CURSE OF THE RASTA - This is Marc's stand-up handling of Fred Kaps' version of a Peter Kane classic. It's a Wild Card effect, but all of the cards are examinable at the end. A very practical, high-impact packet trick
DREAM CATCHER - A beautifully emotional presentation for the Gypsy Thread. A dream catcher is shown and the thread is ripped out of it. The thread is restored and then the dream catcher itself is restored (but that's like saying E.T. is a story about an alien coming to Earth...)
THE THING - The classic sci-fi film brought to life with a deck of cards. A wonderful adaptation of the Universal Card combined with a truly great script!
THE CONTRACT (limited explanation) - The Torn and Restored Card without a card? Here is an unusual presentation where you offer to teach a spectator the "real secrets of magic," but first they must sign a contract where they pledge not to reveal the secret to anyone else. The contract is torn up, restored piece by piece, then vanished and reproduced. Logical, compelling and magical. Although Marc uses Daniel Garcia's Torn (which is not taught), it is adaptable to any method you may already know.
THE WAY TO INNER PEACE (limited explanation) - A charming story to accompany Troy Hooser's Charming Chinese Challenge. You get the full performance of this story of one man's search for enlightenment, plus the minor variations Marc has made to Hooser's original routine.
ISABELLA'S FAN - Based on the classic Germaine/Wakeling effect, this is the story of a woman who took many lovers. Three cards are chosen to represent three of them. The cards are placed into a stemmed wine glass and every time Isabela's fan passes in front of the glass, one of the selected cards appears on the face of the deck. This is a new handling of a classic technique that opens many new possibilities.
GAMBLER VS. DEVIL - The classic story that has been told in movies such as Crossroads and The Devil and Daniel Webster as well as in songs like The Devil Went Down To Georgia. This time, the medium is magic and Harry Lorayne's classic Magician Vs. Gambler gets some twists, turns and great characters that add up to major entertainment.
ALICE THRU THE WINDOWPANE - Marc's closer for nearly 30 years; the perfect card routine for adults and children alike. It's a magical tale in which a selected card shrinks, grows and disappears, only to become imbedded in a mirror...then the rest of the deck turns to mirrors!
BONUS: 3 COINS AND A HAT
Running Time Approximately: 1hr 50mins

Not for a strong destroyer
Golden retriever destroyed this quickly but I’m starting to think he can destroy all things.

So many squeakers!
Color: Squeaker Matz Gator, Size: X Large (Pack of 1)
I have 3 golden retrievers. They love this toy. While the head came off because they played tug-o-war with it, the rest has held up mostly for 5-6 months. At this point sometimes a squeaker will pop out. There are so many squeakers in this toy! However, they still use it for tug-o-war, I am surprised it has lasted this long. There is only stuffing in the head.

Cute, durable toy.
Color: Squeaker Matz Gator, Size: X Large (Pack of 1)
It's about as durable as you can expect a stuffed animal to be. I have two new puppies who are still teething and they love these things. I got the Kyjen sheep mat version (it's a square shape, rather than the two rows of squeakers) for the little girl. Both dogs sleep with it in their crate and we take them on trips with us. I've gone so far as to open up the toy and replace the broken squeakers (costs about 5$ for 30 large squeakers).
The rest of the toy is fine. Our german shepherd puppy absolutely loves the rattle that's located in the head of the gator as well. The rattle also helps initially getting the dog engaged with chewing on the toy rather than your clothing or furniture. Then they discover the squeakers and it's endless entertainment and a good distraction for your dogs.
I haven't had any problems with the thin, decorative material that's represent the teeth, claws and back fins. It's a slightly thicker felt that's soft and flimsy. Honestly, I'm not worried about it. Even if they were to eventually chew these off, they're not a choking hazard. Our little guy has thrown up solid pieces of kibble that are larger and harder than this. Seriously now, common.
The eyes are sewn into the head, so there's no risk of pulling them off and swallowing.
I toss these in the washer on a gentle cycle to clean off the slobber and dirt about once every couple weeks and the squeakers are fine, though they sometimes have to dry out to be 100% functional again. It never takes long.
Overall, I love the amount of squeakers just due to the breaking problem with have with single squeaker toys. Once they break, the dog loses interest. Which is also a nice way to train the dogs the difference between the non-squeaking kids toys. The dogs absolutely love this toy and wont sleep without it. When the fabric eventually wears out (not even a slight issue after a few months), I'll be buying another one.

Great Toy, HUGE, small dog loves,
Color: Squeaker Matz Gator, Size: X Large (Pack of 1)
For the price this is my favorite toy! My 4 lb Chihuahua LOVES this thing. He is smaller than it by a long shot, yet he loves to parade this around, showing how big he is and can handle this huge GATOR. LOL.
Friends come up to the porch, and he runs back to grab his GATOR to bring it up for them to see.
Only thing with these toys - for my dog - we have several of these he loves - he cannot make them squeak. He jumps on them, chews on them, but just doesn't have the power. That being said, think about it, he loves the things, I mean LOVES. Sleeps with them, parades them out, fights with them when he's alone, has a great time - .... Evidently, it's me - I MISS THE SQUEAK! I watch him, and root for him, and every now and then (rare), I hear he got a squeak. Still, he doesn't care! So.... interactive time! I go out and play with him and Mr. GATOR, and I make it squeak, and we all have EXTRA fun.
Note, my little guy is what they call an EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE CHEWER. He chews in his sleep (kidding). He's really a tough chewer. He however, uses these more for wrestling, and attacking, and carrying around and sleeping on, etc. So none of ours have tears in them, though he does attack and chew all of it -
I think these products are super wonderful, and I have to buy several more, like the hide-a-toy ones (beehive, squirrel, etc.) because I know the quality, I know my Chihuahua loves them to pieces - while he hasn't actually been able to render them in pieces! Win-win for us.
You decide what your dog is like. Mine has his snoopy blanket and a huge victory in his mind over this large GATOR - his friend all day long.
