These majestic vintage candle stands, heavily inspired by Portugese design are made of wood and have been painted in gilded gold colour. These are from the churches in Kerala.
The intricate detailing on the candles and the heavy ornamentation suggest that they might have been used as altar candles. Although modern day electric lighting has phased out candles, candle stands are still used in homes as decorative elements to add vintage element to spaces.
These rich wooden candles have a beautiful patterned base. These decorative candle stands will add a regal touch to your home décor. These can also be bought separately.
