Great Taste and Mixes in Water Well
I’ve been using this magnesium citrate powder for a little while now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. One of the standout aspects is how well it mixes. This Magnesium Is Worth It!

Life Extension is a quality company, and this Magnesium is very good.
I have been taking it for maybe a year, and it helps me steer clear of debilitating nightly leg cramps, and also helps my digestion from getting sluggish.
I don't really see any reason to change brands, because I trust Life Extension to deliver a high-quality product, so I'm just gonna stick with it. Recommended!

Truly a miracle worker!!
