Because this is a handmade item, they will vary from one to the next. The same style and technique will be used but the final product will be a one of a kind. Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on your tumbler. In the event that your tumbler is damaged, please reach out to me. I may be able to fix the tumbler for a fee. Great Chair
I was needing an affordable ergo chair and have tried quite a few. For this price range, you can't beat the quality of this piece. Adjustable lumbar support, arm rest height perfect and cushioned. The head piece is nice, but just not for me. Nicely rocks for those who can't sit still. Easy to assemble by yourself (~20 min) using common sense. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the seat is made more for someone wider, as I someone feel like my hips are dipping inwards (I am also very narrow). Got a more solid butt pad, and it's perfect. Also! I didn't even need to put on my lumbar support pillow, as the lumbar support is perfect for me!
Definitely recommend!

The perfect home office upgrade
