While choline is naturally produced by the liver in small quantities it can also be found in meat or dairy products. Despite this, recent studies show that 90% of people aren’t getting enough choline from their diet alone.
Although choline is usually found in multivitamins or B-complex formulas, it’s often not enough to see its intended benefits. Adequate choline is essential for those who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or older adults looking to support cognitive function.
