The Silva Exceed 4XT comes with a 10.5 Ah long-distance, rechargeable battery - the largest battery in the Silva battery range with the most battery power and the longest burn time: 60 hours on minimum mode, 18 hours on medium mode or 12 hours on maximum mode. The battery allows you to go on for hours and can be easily stored in a backpack or a pocket with the included extension cable. As preparation is always key the battery indicator helps you keep track of the charge level before and during your activity. Despite best laid plans, when operating in the dark in extreme environments your light source may just be youre lifeline so it also features a built-in low battery warning and reserve mode, which automatically adjusts the light to a setting that ensures you get back home safely with 30 minutes of guaranteed light. The Exceed 4XT is modular, which means that you can shift the headlamp between the headband, a helmet, or a handlebar. It comes with 5 accessories, a helmet bracket (designed to fit most helmets with a durable 3M sticker), a bar mount attachment with quick-lock (fits handlebars with a dimension between 22-35 mm), an extension cord to keep the battery in your pocket or in a backpack, cable guides to keep the extension cord in place on your headband and a velcro strap for easy attachment of the battery on your bike frame. The Exceed 4XT features Silva Intelligent Light which is a unique combination of a long reach spot light and a close floodlight. This customization of the light results in less head movement and a clear view of close, as well as distant obstacles, and you gain the balance and confidence it takes to move fast and perform better. Silva Flow Light provides seamless tuning of the light pattern by simply tilting the headlamp and the super-low mode feature (80 lumen) enables extensive training sessions or races by minimizing the battery consumption when maximum light is not needed. The Silva Exceed 4XT Headlamp has a comfortable fit thanks to the wide anti-slip headband and the Silva Connection System enables the use of any Silva Li-Ion battery post 2008. The large on/off button is easy to operate while wearing gloves and both the headlamp and battery are water-resistant - meeting IPX5 requirements.
