PrimaCreator's NylonPower PA 6/66 is a special co-polymer blend that optimally combines the strengths of PA 6 and PA 66. This combination makes our nylon particularly easy to 3D print. Compared to conventional nylon, which is often difficult to process, NylonPower allows improved adhesion on the print bed and can be printed at lower temperatures. This material is suitable for the most common FFF/FDM 3D printers.

Tips for optimal 3D printing with nylon filament
When 3D printing with nylon, a heated print bed should be used. For the best adhesion, we recommend using Magigoo PA. The temperature should be set between 60 and 80 °C.
Nylon PA6/66 – A powerful 3D printing filament
Nylon is characterized by high mechanical strength and deforms less. It is hard to break or snap. Additionally, nylon is among the best materials in terms of impact resistance.
Special material properties of Nylon & tips for processing
Nylon is very hygroscopic, which means it absorbs liquids. This can be advantageous if you want to dye your filament. However, it is important to dry the nylon before use. Set the oven to 70-80 °C and leave the filament there for 4-8 hours. The longer you dry it, the better the print result will be, both visually and in terms of performance.
