- We process and package shipments every Monday (except Holidays) and all shipments are picked up by their respective couriers and outbound on Tuesdays - Wednesdays.
- After your shipment has been processed and packaged, the delivery time (5-8 business days) begins.
- We send packaging pictures & tracking numbers to all of our customers as soon as your package has been shipped.

- We provide a 7-day return/exchange period providing the product/instrument is unused. Only customers who are able to come to the store in-person in Toronto to return the harmonium qualify for a return/exchange.
