The sled accommodates standard 2-inch Olympic plates for customizable resistance, while the track’s smooth surface ensures consistent glide during every movement.

The turf includes full field markings to assist in measuring distance and intensity, and it can be easily installed using glue or double-sided tape. Perfect for gyms, sports performance centers, or advanced home training zones.
