Here for your consideration is a 1986 Fender '72 Reissue Telecaster CTL-50R in very good condition! This one feels exceptionally nice! from the golden era of Japanese craftsmanship when Fender Japan was arguably making better guitars than here in USA. Although 40 years old this one remains very clean. The body shows some light surface marks and a few small dings on the top edge (see photo), but is otherwise in great shape. Back of neck is very clean with no notable damage or blemishes. Headstock shows some light marks along the edge but is otherwise clean. Fretboard is in excellent shape and frets show very minimal wear with lots of life left in them. Hardware is in great shape for its age and features Gotoh tuning machines. Electronics work great and pickups sound fantastic! An incredible playing tele that remains in great shape despite its age. Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home.
