Rakza 7 uses a high percentage of natural rubber gum in the topsheet, significantly improving grip and spin potential. Combined with Yasaka’s specially developed Power Sponge technology, this creates a balanced Hybrid Energy rubber that feels dynamic while remaining controlled.
When playing aggressive topspin shots, the Rakza 7 grips the ball extremely well, allowing precise placement in both direction and depth. The rubber performs consistently during fast rallies, while still offering excellent touch in the short game.
Players especially appreciate how forgiving and reliable the Rakza 7 feels compared to many modern high performance rubbers. Serves and short returns remain sharp, controlled and easy to manage, making the rubber suitable for a wide range of offensive playing styles.
The increased use of natural rubber also improves durability, helping the rubber maintain its grip and playing characteristics over time.
Why players choose the Rakza 7
- Excellent balance between spin and control
- High natural rubber content for enhanced grip
- Powerful topspin with reliable consistency
- Sharp and controlled serves and short returns
- Forgiving feel during passive play and blocking
- Strong performance close to the table and from mid distance
- Improved durability and long lasting grip
Playing feel & playing style
Rakza 7 offers a balanced and slightly dynamic playing feel with strong spin potential and controlled speed. It is especially well suited for offensive players who rely on consistency, spin variation and precise placement rather than pure raw speed.
The rubber works exceptionally well for modern topspin oriented playstyles on both forehand and backhand.
