We get many people that add these items to their orders and then claim they didn't know it was a download and they want the New Sealed DVD or a Refund.   

As part of your account here you have a streaming studio that is available 24/7.   No matter where you are in the world, you can log in and watch your videos safely.  No worries about being tracked by your employer or anyone else.   

Log into your account on our site.   On your account page click the ORANGE "Access Digital Content" button in the upper right.

Then you will see a list of any videos you have purchased.   Please allow 1 minute after purchase to load.  Click View.   Scroll down to the file at the bottom.   Then click play.

The player will load.  Once the player loads click the white arrow button and the video will play.    For older videos you may want to leave the video at the smaller size or you can click the dotted square and make it full screen.

The download is complimentary.   We cannot trouble shoot every person's device.   We have tested it and it worked.  Many of our customers are older and we run into many issues with technology.   

We can help, but there are limits.   

My advice is try one Video.  Add it to a DVD order.   If you like it, then buy more.

Don't start out with buying a bunch until you are comfortable with how it works and you know that its not too complicated.

You can't keep asking for more downloads.   We have had people set up sites and sell the additional downloads.   The answer is NO.
