Instructions:
1. Tilt your knife at a 20-degree angle with the cutting edge facing away.
2. Push the knife away from you, maintaining the 20-degree angle. Repeat that stroke two or three times.
3. Hold the knife in your opposite hand to sharpen the other side of the blade. Tilt the knife at a 20-degree angle. Stroke away from your body and hands.
*Always sharpen by pushing the blade away from your body and hands. Take the same number of strokes on each side of the knife, Push the blades as though you were trying to shave.
