In the vineyard, thinning and early peeling allow to obtain a very structured wine. The harvest, slightly late, is done by hand. Spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts take place at a controlled temperature for about 18 days. After a first passage in steel, the wine keeps its aging in oak barriques for at least 16 months and then in bottle.Shipping Notes

This bottle opener is very cool. It’s like a screwdriver, but it’s really a bottle opener! It has a grip to prevent your hand from flying off while opening a bottle. I also carry a bottle opener on my keychain and am always especially proud when someone needs a bottle opener and I have on right there on my keychain.
