Riesling Trentino DOC 

Il Riesling Trentino DOC - Cembra è un vino bianco che incarna l'essenza della Valle di Cembra in Trentino. Prodotto dalla rinomata Cantina di Montagna, questo vino è un tributo all'arduo lavoro e alla dedizione dei viticoltori locali. Il vitigno utilizzato è il Riesling renano, coltivato in vigneti esposti a sud, sud-ovest e sud-est ad altitudini che variano da 500 a 650 metri sul livello del mare. Il terreno di origine fluvio-glaciale è molto profondo, franco-argilloso e fertile, offrendo un drenaggio eccellente e una fertilità biologica ottima. La vendemmia avviene manualmente a fine settembre o inizio ottobre. In cantina, il vino subisce una pressatura soffice e una breve macerazione sulle bucce, seguita da fermentazione e affinamento in serbatoi di acciaio inox e una piccola parte in botti di rovere francese. Di colore giallo paglierino, il vino sprigiona al naso intriganti aromi di frutta matura, pesca bianca, albicocca e frutta candita. Al palato, è minerale e sapido, con una persistenza ed equilibrio notevoli. Questo vino è l'ideale per abbinamenti con carni bianche, pesce e verdure, e si presta magnificamente a cene eleganti o occasioni speciali.

Nata nel 1953, Cembra Cantina di Montagna, è la cantina più alta del Trentino (700 m.s.l.m.); ad oggi circa 400 sono i soci che compongono l'azienda, accomunati tutti dalla passione per la propria terra, con l'obiettivo di conservare al meglio la tradizione dei valori della Valle di Cembra. I vini prodotti rappresentano l'unione tra natura e tecnica in un contesto di montagna e di viticoltura eroica unica al mondo. I will reccomend this book to anyone and everyone who is looking for an omegaverse book to read! The rabbit hole of male omega books this one sent my mood reading self down was crazy! 🤭 I could not have loved Finn more! He was the sweetest omega, making sure Cammie was comfortable each step of building a relationship with him and Reid. He was so good with the kids even though Ben was a little rough around the edges. Cammie's fears were all justified but the way she learned to trust her new pack was sweet! They just continued to show up and her sister was hilarious! Being a mom and thinking of her littles but also finding her own happiness was such a sweet journey for her 💖 lets just talk about the kids for a second and say Em is a spitfire and I LOVE her and Ben sweet Ben just wants to protect his Mama but needs love, Reid does such a good job stepping up! And the 'gift' at the end had me in tears!! 🥹 Without giving too much away that is why I think sweet Finn is my favorite of all male omegas I have ever read! His way with words no matter what he is using them for, declarations of love, pep talks, or advice he really just knows what needs to be said 💖

I liked the writing but there was just too much spice which I didn't think was possible for me. There were too many times that the writing felt weird or the situations too outlandish and unrealistic. Oh this was adorable and cozy and spicy and I had so much fun with this book! The relationship between Cammie, Finn and Reid is good. I love how doting both men are of her and her kids, always providing them with a safe space to be themselves. They were patient with Ben and I loved seeing that represented in this book. The plot was done well and it was well paced with quiet, family moments as well as drama to keep us on our toes. I do wish we'd gotten more moments just between Finn and Reid to showcase their strong relationship (they've been together for two decades!) and while we got something, both men were first and foremost focused on Cammie. It makes sense why this was, there was a lot of hurt that needed to be soothed and I'm glad she is treated like the queen she is, but I did yearn for more of the alpha-omega couple.

They’ll do anything to protect them and cherish them, to erase all the hurt and rejection that their bio dad put them through. It’s such a heart warming and emotional story—perfect for when you’re feeling like something low angst with princess treatment for not just Cammie, but her kids as well. I definitely recommend picking this one up!!
