Barker's exhaust systems are hand-welded one at a time by skilled craftsmen, while most other aftermarket exhaust systems are mass-produced on large automated assembly lines. This is one of the many reasons that make Barker's exhaust systems different. The head pipe portion is made from 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061 grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish.
