Suggestions
1 tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not take more than 2 tablets daily.

It’s not Polo but a good shirt

I too thought it was Ralph Lauren Polo but found out that it was US Polo Association. It is a bit boxy but fits well. It is a good quality shirt and a good value for the price. Runs true to size.
