This stainless steel kettle has a wide bottom for rapid heating. Many features of the kettle are handcrafted and exhibit the simplicity and practicality that Yanagi's designs are known for. Each kettle is made in Niigata, Japan, a region famous for its high quality stainless steel products. This kettle has been Yanagi's best-selling product since its debut in 1994.

The kettle is superior for corrosion resistant and aluminum in the middle layer conduct heat in well. The use of 18-Ti stainless steel enable to hold SG standard any kind of cooking heater including gas and induction heater. 

This is a part of collection of Sori Yanagi cookware that won GOOD DESIGN AWARD in 2013.

18-8 stainless steel (SUS304), with this material, it become more hygienic and appropriate to high temperature (350°F) / high pressure dishwasher.
