100% Tempranillo grapes from 30+ year old bush vines grown in Spanish Meseta of Castilla La Mancha.

Grapes were harvested in the second half of September. They were cold macerated at 5ºC for 48 hours, fermented at 24-28ºC for 12-18 days and then aged for 4 months in 1-2 year old French & American oak barrels.
