A two part clear coat is then applied to seal the metal and give the piece a gloss shine. The finished product looks like it has been "dipped in glass". Only the front side is colored but both front and back are sealed with the clear coat.

Made of 14 gauge steel so not flimsy like other signs. No mounting hardware provided as piece can be hung by any nail or screw. Also could use 3M strips; piece weights approximately 5 lbs. Small ribbon provided looped through star on top of tree.
