I turned my back for, like, two seconds, and suddenly there was Festus, brought into existence by the beautiful, potentially frightening place that is Momma's brain. Mom added a section of Cotton Candy faux fur to the bottom of the Big Scrappy pattern, giving this dude

When I initially cut out the pieces for the plushy that I certainly did not intend to be Festus, I assumed it was going to be a Skittles Big Scrappy with bunny ears and a tail. I turned my back for, like, two seconds, and suddenly there was Festus, brought into existence by the beautiful, potentially frightening place that is Momma's brain. 😬😆 Mom added a section of Cotton Candy faux fur to the bottom of the Big Scrappy pattern, giving this dude roughly four additional inches of height, made a super soft light yellow muzzle for him, upon which she attached the buckiest of toofers, lined his ears with lavender minky, made very floofy Roofus eyelashes, attached his bunny tail, and grabbed up a spare set of horns that we didn't end up using for our Tongue Monsters. Soooo, yeah. This is Festus. 😬🤣
