FAQs:
How long will my order take?
Custom illustrations can take 7-10 days (depending on our volume of incoming orders) + sticker approval, and shipping time. We estimate your product(s) to be in hand as early as 14 - 20 days after ordering.
How long do I have to review?
Mock-up reviews are given 48 hours to approve or provide changes. If no reply is received within 48 hours, the design will go to print as is and be shipped out. If changes are provided, please give 3 - 5 days for changes to be applied and sent back for a second round of review.
How many changes do I get?
Pricing of this product only includes 2 rounds of mock-ups. If you have more changes during the second mock-up, you’ll be asked to pay an additional change fee.
