This stainless border spade is perfect for cultivating soil around borders, working in compost and manure or digging in new shrubs. The narrow blade design makes it better suited to areas where there are space constraints. The blade of this tool is stainless steel and features a closed socket design that enhances the strength of the tool and makes it far more robust than open socket designs.

This Carters Stainless Steel Garden Spade is available with a choice of two different handle designs, with the split ash handle, which is the most popular and really looks the part, as well as the Ergo YD handle with a plastic grip and ash shaft.

Good Pillows to Show Off Decorative Pillow Shams

Although we have queen-sized beds, we typically use standard-sized pillows. One of the quilt sets I got this Christmas time came with queen sized pillow shams, and the standard pillows just didn't fill them properly. I could have sewn flanges on either side of the shams, but I decided to order these pillows instead. The are almost wide enough to fully fill those shams that started all this additional purchasing. (I also ended up ordering pillow protectors for the queen sized pillows.) The pillows are fluffy and substantial for now. My husband manages to flatten out pillows almost no matter how they start our. For now, so far so good. They re a medium-weight and fullness, I would say. They do a good job of showing off the pillow sham design, so that's a plus. I'm not planning for us to sleep on them, but they are added back support while watching TV. They are primarily for decorative purposes when the bed is made with the quilt and shams. They were a reasonable value for the intended purpose.
