To begin, participants enjoy an interactive PowerPoint presentation, “Why Wellness in the Workplace Matters,” which sets the tone by exploring how self-care supports productivity, mental clarity, and team morale. This engaging introduction helps employees connect the workshop experience to real workplace benefits and personal well-being.

In this interactive session, guests will be seated in groups of 4–6 and guided through the process of crafting their own:

• 1 Custom Aromatherapy Body Oil (2 oz bottle)

• 1 Personalized Bath Salt Blend (3 oz bag)

Each table is equipped with everything needed for guests to create their own signature blends, ensuring an accessible, creative, and relaxing experience that nurtures both individual self-care and collective team spirit.
