INGREDIENTS
– 3.5 cups of white rice
– 3 Besan rotis
– 2 glasses of milk
– 2 katoris of dal
– 5 rotis
HOW TO COOK
- Take some water in a vessel add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil for 7 mins. 5mins for al dente.
- Add in & boil smart grain pasta (4-5mins).
- Meanwhile in another pan, prep some olive oil & garlic with slow cooked italian red sauce & fresh dried herbs.
- Drain the pasta under cold water. Mix with your choice of fresh veggies like basil, tomatoes or mushrooms put all that yummy together
- Enjoy it hot with hand – grated thick mozzarella (cheese of your choice), seasonings & garnish
