As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our oil cooler kit for the M5/M6 F10/F12/F90 suitable for track or fast road use.
Our kit has been designed in the UK after thorough research and huge experience in developing uprated oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars.
The Challenge
With limited space available and the complexity involved in repositioning the standard oil cooler, we chose to utilise the original mounting location and create a direct replacement oil cooler that was larger and stronger, as the OEM items have been known to damage easily.
The Solution
We utilised a heavy duty bar-and-plate core over the original tube-and-fin for improved strength and also increased the core size to the maximum that could fit in the space provided whilst still attaching to all the original fittings and mounts. The result is an easy to fit kit that requires no cutting or drilling, yet offers a 30% increase in capacity whilst offering improved durability.
Finished in a high-quality black powder coat, its increased cooling efficiency and easy fitment makes it an essential modification for all modified M5/M6 F10/F12/F90 models or those looking for a direct replacement for an original tired or damaged oil cooler.
Fitment:
- F10 M5 (06/2010 — 10/2016)
- F90 M5 (01/2016 — 06/2023)
- F06 M6 Gran Coupé (10/2011 — 09/2018)
- F12 M6 (03/2011 — 05/2018)
- F13 M6 (03/2011 — 10/2017)
- G15 M8 Coupé (10/2017 — 02/2025)
- G16 M8 Gran Coupé (05/2018 — 03/2025)
Features:
- Specifically designed kit for the BMW M5/M6 F10/F12/F90
- Direct replacement with no cutting or drilling required
- Reduces temperatures on track and road
- 30% increase in overall capacity in comparison to original
