Sicily's number one red grape variety, Nero d'Avola is indigenous to the island. Fedele has a wonderful structure, yet has soft tannins and is very approachable.

Food Pairing: Packed with redberry fruit flavours, it is ideal with red meat and tomato based pasta sauces.

The intense and brilliant color with the delicate purple reflections of this wine is an expression of a complex and fruity bouquet. Tasty notes of blackberry, cherries and plum jam, are elegantly dressed with sweet spices that complete the aromatic picture.  The taste is warm, soft and smooth, persistent on the finish.

Food Pairing: It goes well with roast beef, aged cheeses and typical dishes of the Apulian tradition.

Intense purple in colour, it is full and persistent on the nose giving notes of spice, chocolate and vanilla. The full bodied palate has heady notes of black fruits, rich plummy fruit flavours, spice and chocolate with a perfect balance between soft tannins and acidity which all lead into a long and fruit forward finish.

Food Pairing: Serve with salamis, roast meats and game and full flavoured mature cheeses.

A deep red colour. Late maturation gives the characteristic notes of ripe and dried fruits, such as plums and raisins. The oak aging gives the wine pleasant notes of chocolate and spices.

Food Pairing: Great wine for roasted meats and with game dishes such as wild boar and venison. Excellent with mature and savory hard cheeses.
