Growing Tips

🌤️ bright indirect light, but it can do ok in medium lighting (not a dark corner)

🏠 The Rhapis Palm will usually do best directly in front of a window within 4-5 feet from a south or west facing window.  Keeping it just a little further back can keep the afternoon direct sun off of the leaves.  If you have a north or east window you will want to keep it close to that window and be sure to keep the curtains/blinds open.  *this palm can also do ok in a more medium lighting setting, for example 8-10 feet away from a bright window - the Rhapis might not thrive as it would in bright indirect light, but it can survive in less than bright lighting

💦  Potted palms are thirsty plants!  Water to evenly moisten the soil but not to leave it overly soggy - aim for your plant to need water once per week.

TIP #1  When watering always keep in mind the season, how much light it is receiving, and temperature of your home.  You will need to adjust with regards to these environmental factors.

TIP #2  Use some sort of way to measure the amount of water you are giving your plant so that you know how much to increase or decrease next time if needed.

TIP #3  Water your plants in place with a saucer under them.  This allows your plant a chance to soak up the water.  After a couple hours if there is still water in the saucer you can dump this out and this will also tell you how much water you can cut back next time.

TIP #4  Try to water on a weekly basis, this will help to keep you consistent and to at least check on your plants once a week.

Get these! You won't regret it!
These are my go-to winter shoes! They are waterproof- I love them bc they don't look like your typical "rainboots"! Stylish- I get compliments everytime I wear them! Comfortable- first time I wore them they were tight through the middle of my foot, but after two wears I had them nice and broke in, now my most comfortable shoes!

So nice but not a good fit on my foot
I love these boots so much, they’re exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, they are too big in the heel and flop, while too tight in the toe. I know the toe would stretch with wear, but can’t deal with a floppy heel, they pulled my socks down off my feet. I do have narrow feet. Too bad, I’m so disappointed! They seem well made and would go with everything. Comfortable, too, if they fit right.

Best boots I have ever purchased
I do appraisal work so I was looking for something cute/professional yet durable and rugged for when I work outside in all types of weather. Found it! So comfortable, so cute, and waterproof. I wear them most days for both office work and inspection work. I range between 8.5-9 and I got a 9 and they fit great both with thin socks or thick socks. I very highly recommend.

Perfect for travel... very comfortable!
These things are amazing! I bought these a couple weeks before a trip to Italy and had planned on doing a lot of walking in them. I only got to wear them a couple times before we went on our trip, but no blisters, even during LOTS of walking in them on the trip! They wore in super quickly while still keeping their durability. My feet stay dry even in lots of rain. The photos show the wear on them after a few months, including a couple weeks of travel, and weeks of wear around town. My only complaint is that there is a tiny something (a little knot of thread with glue? not sure...) that is at the top of the opening of the boot, and it rubs the back of my ankle and makes a sore. That isn't enough to make me not wear them though. There's a photo that shows this. As you can see it's super tiny, and probably not even a flaw, it just hits my ankle *just* right so that it rubs.
