Collagen is the most common structural protein in the body. It constitutes approximately 1/3 of all endogenous proteins. Occurs, among others: in skin, muscles, teeth. It is the most important component of connective tissue. It is an important element of skin, tendons, bones, joints, hair and nails.
Vitamin C is involved in the process of collagen formation.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION:
