We spent the next year and a half developing twin discs using COPPERMIX. This makes the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN the culmination of three and a half years of testing and development. It is the ultimate model in the NISMO multi-plate clutch series. Features: Allowable dynamic friction torque measured at 84 kgf・m (static friction: 143 kgf・m) Can handle an estimated power of 670 ps Using a center hub increases the engagement surface between the clutch disc and the serrated section of the transmission's input shaft. This lowers the overall pressure on individual splines. It reduces wear to the input shaft and prevents disengagement problems. Having a center hub also makes installation easier than for single clutches by eliminating the risk of damaging the splines or misaligning the 2 discs during clutch assembly. The ideal weight for maximum torque was obtaine by using a lightweight flywheel manufactured from specially crafted chromemolybdenum high carbon steel. The flywheel is provided with a special aluminum cover with exceptional heat-radiating properties. The center plate is equipped with a strap function*1 that also prevents any problems with disengagement. This mechanism leverages the reaction force accumulated by the strap plate to cause the pressure plate to onstantly move away from the disc. It is employed as a standard part in manual transmissions and is installed in all production vehicles. Wise Advice for the College-Bound Student

I read this book after reading Newport's other study guide How to Become a Straight A Student and was looking forward to more of his easy to understand, quickly read nuggets of wisdom. Although I found the advice in his previous book to be more helpful, I did fine some words of advice that I will surely put to use in my upcoming semester.
Among the gems I found, Newport reminds students to "Study in Fifty-Minute Chunks" and "Learn to Listen." In these short chapters there are ideas to help the student better utilize their time by minimizing distractions and knowing exactly what to listen for in a lecture. By far my favorite and most memorable line from this book is "A good analogy is that writing is to a college student what shooting hoops is to a basketball player." Wise advice indeed. I would recommend this book to high school an college students alike. The chapters are short and jam packed with good advice.

An excellent story well worth a read
Format: Kindle
This was so well written, I loved every second of it. It was a lovely take on vampires and what they are or can be.
Spoilers:
This wasn’t an easy read for me. How Miyako’s parents acted… that was my parents only worse in a lot of ways and only better in that they never hit me as an adolescent. So reading this brought up memories of the abuse I suffered. Even so, it is a really good story and I highly recommend. I hope to read more of her stories soon and follow Miyako and see how she and her family grow as characters.

I cared for the characters and there was so much to this -vampires, witches, trans, lesbians.....
The story was really well done and I will read more by the author.
