The Assault Industries extended light bar bracket kit is a further evolution of the original kit. While the original kit is more suited for vehicles with aftermarket cages, the extended design is made to work with select vehicles with OE cages that have gusset plates at the upper A-Pillars.

The extended kit is also fully compatible with aftermarket cages as well. If you drive your vehicle hard you need mounts that are rugged and won't fall apart when things get a little bumpy!  The brackets are made from high grade steel, bent and powder coated black. The laser cut raw aluminum logo plates and lightweight aluminum clamps make up a great kit that should work for most with the right light bar!

NOTE: The new and improved bracket introduces bends at the cage mounting points - these bends equal roughly 1/2 inch of inset or offset compensation. The brackets are reversible, so if an extra half inch either way is necessary just remove the logo plates, swap the brackets around and remount. It is also important to measure your cage at the top to determine what size light bar will fit. In some cases spacers may be required, we recommend picking up washers if only 1 or 2 on either side are needed - Anything more than that, try swapping the brackets around.

NOTE: Will not work with cages that have built in gusset plates at the A-Pilar. Gussets will need to be removed or use with aftermarket cage.
