Installation Notes:
The aluminum servo plate installs directly in place of the factory part. Begin by removing the four M3x14mm screws securing the stock plate through the shock towers—these will be replaced by the included M3x12mm screws. Save and reuse all other mounting hardware from the stock installation.
Detach the bell cranks, gearbox risers, bumper mount, skid plate, and battery tray as needed. You’ll also need to remove the steering servo, using a ball-tipped hex wrench or temporarily detaching the rear skid if access is limited.
Once the stock servo plate is removed, carefully insert the BowHouse RC plate between the chassis rails. Ensure the servo ears sit flush atop the new plate, and reassemble the rig step-by-step, using thread lock where necessary. For users planning to install a servo winch, we recommend mounting it before final installation.
Engineered for IFS1 setups, this upgrade delivers tighter tolerances, stronger mounting, and a longer-lasting foundation for aggressive terrain.
