Amish Made Recycled Plastic Sparrow Resistant Bluebird HouseMade by the Amish from recycled plastic milk jugs, this environmentally friendly roost box sports a generous, overhanging roof and innovative, slot shaped entry. Routed lines beneath the 3. 875" long entry help bluebirds grip it without a perch, and the shape often deters sparrows. Made by the Amish from recycled plastic milk jugs, this environmentally friendly roost box sports a generous, overhanging roof and innovative, slot shaped entry. Routed lines beneath the 3.875" long entry help bluebirds grip it without a perch, and the shape often deters sparrows. The roof protects the interior from rain and snow, and ventilation holes beneath it keep the nestlings from overheating. Gaps on the base allow any captured water to drain for added avian safety. The front panel opens downward for nest checks, and the lengthy back panel with predrilled holes makes placement against a post or wall simple.
The dark brown body and gray roof lend a natural hint to the unit, while the recycled plastic construction provides durability with little maintenance. Stainless steel hardware offers even more strength and longevity, and the thoughtful design brings bluebirds' needs to the forefront. Encourage lovely bluebirds to roost in your yard by placing this Gray and Brown Amish Made Recycled Plastic Sparrow Resistant Bluebird House in it. Made in the USA.
