Lo Champagne Encry Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut, prodotto da uve Chardonnay Grand Cru coltivate in biodinamica, rispecchia un profondo rispetto per la terra. L'affinamento di 42 mesi sui lieviti gli dona una complessità rara, mentre il remuage e la sboccatura manuali sottolineano l'approccio artigianale.

Uvaggio: Chardonnay 100%.

Affinamento: 42 mesi sui lieviti.

Note degustative: Giallo paglierino brillante e un perlage fine. Note floreali si intrecciano con agrumi freschi, mela verde e una delicata sfumatura di crosta di pane. Al palato, freschezza e mineralità dominano, bilanciate da morbidezza e struttura avvolgente. 

Abbinamenti: Ideale per un aperitivo a base di salumi e formaggi, è ottimo con cruditè di pesce e carpacci ma anche con secondi di carni bianche.

This shower liner works as expected, but it is a bit lightweight, and will drift around in the shower. I will look at getting a more heavy duty one in the future. This one has the 3 magnets, and that isn't enough. I would recommend getting one with double the magnets and a thicker plastic. I went cheap and regret it slightly, but at least these things are made to be disposable. Other than that, the durability seems good, and it looks and feels like you would expect, but as stated, the plastic is flimsy and flutters around. Seems fairly mold resistant vs other liners I've used from the store (like cheaper Walmart ones etc).
