This Mini F56 Cooper S performance exhaust is made in 3″/76.2mm pipework with a 4.5″ (114.3mm) 200 Cell Sports Cat and fits from the turbo to the front section of the Cobra Sport cat back setup or front section of the standard exhaust to replace the standard catalyst, please choose the requirement fitment from the options.

The sports cat exhaust option will enable you to pass a UK MOT emissions test or police road side checks.

The de-cat sports exhaust option is sold for motorsport and off road use only and will NOT be able to pass a UK MOT emissions test or police road side checks.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied (Except turbo gasket).

This part (Cobra Cat Back Fitment option only) can be fitted with a Cobra Sport cat back exhaust to form a full turbo back performance exhaust upgrade (see related items).

When it comes to driver enjoyment, the latest crop of hot MINIs take some beating. Whether it’s the lively Cooper S or the range-topping JCW – both cars deliver the goods, with potent engines and engaging handling.

For those looking to maximise the potential of their performance MINI, Cobra Sport has developed a high-flow sports catalyst to fit both PPF and non-PPF models.

This free-flowing 3in (76.2mm) item delivers a significant increase in gas flow, which in turn opens the door to gains in both power and torque. During testing (with sports catalyst and resonated cat-back exhaust, no additional hardware and conservative Stage 1 map), power increased from 215hp to 291hp and torque from 338Nm to 413Nm – with 300+hp easily achievable. This far less-restrictive setup provides an ideal foundation for further tuning.

As well as the performance gains, the car benefits from increased volume with a more pronounced overrun (pops and bangs). A deeper, more aggressive tone further adds to the sporting intent of the Cooper S and JCW.

A full de-cat pipe setup is also available, which delivers even greater increases in power, torque and sound – for those who demand the ultimate in performance (for track use only).

Both setups are designed, manufactured and tested in the UK and produced to the same exacting standards as the rest of Cobra Sport’s performance exhaust range. They will fit stock MINI Cooper S/JCW exhaust systems, or can be matched with Cobra Sport’s cat back setup, to create a full turbo back system.
