Boquerones White Anchovies – Fillets of Cantabria

Experience one of Spain’s most iconic delicacies: Boquerones, fresh white anchovy fillets from the cold waters of the Cantabrian Sea. Known for their delicate texture, bright flavor, and artisan preparation, these fillets are considered among the finest in Spain.

Product Description

These premium white anchovies are hand-selected during spring harvest, when the fish naturally contain the highest amount of healthy fats. Each fillet is cleaned, trimmed, and marinated within hours of being caught to preserve freshness, tenderness, and flavor.

During the marination process, the anchovies naturally turn their signature pearly white, achieving a mild acidity and a clean, buttery taste. Their soft, juicy texture makes them ideal for tapas, salads, canapés, or simply served with good olive oil and parsley.

Flavor & Serving Suggestions

Boquerones offer a bright, refreshing flavor with soft vinegar notes and a tender bite. Serve them:

  • As a classic Spanish tapa with olive oil, garlic, and parsley

  • Over toasted bread for elegant canapés

  • With roasted vegetables, salads, or grilled fish

  • As part of a Mediterranean antipasto board

For best results, allow the fillets to rest at room temperature for a few minutes before serving (16–18°C) to balance acidity and enhance flavor.

Anchovies, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (contains sulfites), garlic, parsley, salt.

Interesting
Format: Hardcover
This book is primarily about Ingo Swann's remote viewing of the Moon and of Mars over a period of years. In some cases he was an individual remote viewer and in others he was part of a team effort. Very interesting.

Format: Hardcover
A good read into the unclassified world of remote viewing and UFO's/UAP's. Read it once and will read it again.

Anything from Skip I will read ASAP.
Format: Hardcover
I so look forward to reading this. Skip Atwater is a pioneer in the exploration of consciousness. I had the pleasure of meeting him for an interview while making my film Third Eye Spies and his knowledge of remote viewing and the Army history of the subject was some of the most compelling testimony I heard. I am excited to get my copy of this new book.
