We use this product to prime our shower enclosures prior to installing Ardex 8 + 9 waterproofing. Can also be used to prime most any surfaces for cementitious products that are polymer modified or not Polymer modified ensuring new concrete or stucco is permanently bonded to existing surfaces. This Primer is used exclusively under our interior/exterior Bespoke Slap dash system.
Dilute material 1-1 with water to prime hardi board, desnshield etc with proset 60 or fast set, and also over hard pack floors. Apply two layers diluted, and then allow to dry before proceeding with the Adrex 8 + 9 coating. Do not apply Ardex 8 + 9 directly to these surfaces as the dusty non-consolidated surfaced will not adhere to the waterproofing leading to a poorly bonded coating.
