Use Instructions Heating:

• Moist Heat Compress: Add the moist eye mask covers to your regular moist towel routine in the towel cabi. Keep the Lavayoo Eye Mask in you towel cabi as well until ready to use. Slide the Eye Mask into the Moist Towel Cover for moist heat therapy.
• Microwave: Microwave the Eye Mask (with cover on or off) for 60 seconds. 

Cooling: Store in the freezer so it’s always session-ready. After removing from the freezer, place the towel side of the cover facing away so the cold goes directly into the eyes.

Washing: Covers are machine washable. Heating pad can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher (top rack). Dry in oven at 200°F on a cookie sheet until fully dry.
