Pisco is a yellowish to amber coloured spirit produced in wine making regions of Peru and Chile from grapes. This pisco has been triple distilled to create a transparent spirit. This Pisco was distilled twice in copper kilns and then aged for a minimum period of 2 years in new American oak barrels.
