A Cut Made for a Short, Broad Build

The stout cut keeps generous width through the torso but pulls arm and leg length back to suit someone who is not tall. The cuffs sit at your wrists, the trouser legs end at your ankles, and there is no loose fabric folding up to catch on a frame or hive corner. Less bunching means fewer gaps, and fewer gaps means fewer bees finding their way in.

3 Layer Mesh Ventilation That Keeps You Cool and Protected

The suit is built from triple layer ventilated mesh. Two outer layers sandwich a mesh middle, holding the fabric off your skin and creating a gap deeper than a bee can reach with its stinger. Air moves straight through the mesh to your skin so you are not overheating during a long inspection, while a bee pressing against the outside still cannot sting through. The mesh is heavy duty and built for regular use.

Your Choice of Veil

Choose between a fencing veil or a round hat veil. The fencing style uses OZ ARMOUR's patented hood design, holding mesh away from your face with a front opening for quick adjustments. The round hat veil gives a classic wide brim keeping mesh clear all around. Both use high visibility Italian metallic mesh for a clear view of frames and bees. Whichever you choose, the veil zips on and off for washing or storage.

YKK Zippers and Fastenings That Hold Up

Main zippers are nylon YKK with double sliders, letting you open from the top or bottom. Leg high zippers mean you can get the suit on and off over boots without a fight. Wrists and ankles close with adjustable Velcro and elastic, and a flap over the front zipper adds a second line of defence.
