Kin is a deliciously vibrant wine made to enliven gatherings of family and friends. A dark and brooding Pinot Noir with aromas of black cherry, plum and chocolate. Black cherry, cola and spice follow through on the palate with orange peel nuances and a distinctive dried herb bouquet.

A sub regional Central Otago blend including fruitfrom our Estate vineyards in Bannockburn and Northburn.

The 2020 season started cool and dry, with warmer Summer temperatures leading into a long, warm Autumn. The season delivered lower yields of small berries, with excellent ripeness and flavour concentration.

Vineyard parcels were individually handharvested and destemmed to open topfermenters. Gentle hand plunging over a period of 10-22 days ensured the extraction of fine delicate tannins while retaining Central Otagos' signature brightness and juicy fruit flavours.
