How the system works

Your nervous system runs on a rhythm. Stress and exertion stack up across the day, and if there's no real wind-down at night, that activation carries into the morning. The Duo is designed to support both ends of that rhythm.

Uplift works during the day — supporting steady energy and mental performance after exertion, with adaptogens that help the body resist and recover from stress.

Unwind works in the evening — helping relieve restlessness and nervousness, with adaptogens and traditional calming herbs (nervines) that act as a calmative.

How to use the Duo

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 mL (one full dropper) of each formula up to 4 times daily.

Uplift — In the morning and across your active hours. Place under your tongue or add to water, tea, or a mocktail.

Unwind — In the evening or whenever you want to ease into a calmer state. Place under your tongue or add to herbal tea, water, or a non-alcoholic mocktail.

Both can be taken with or without food. Shake well before use. With consistent daily use, the effects of both formulas build over time.

Can I take Uplift and Unwind on the same day?
Yes — the Duo is designed to be used together. Uplift in the morning and across your active hours, Unwind in the evening or anytime you want to relieve restlessness and nervousness.

Will Uplift keep me awake if I take it earlier in the day?
Uplift contains no caffeine, sugar, or stimulants. It's a herbal tonic formulated with adaptogens, designed to support steady energy without overstimulation. Most people don't experience sleep disruption.

Will Unwind make me drowsy?
You may experience drowsiness when using Unwind. Avoid driving or using machinery after taking it, and do not combine with alcohol or other drowsiness-causing products.

How quickly will I feel the effects?
Many people notice a shift within 20–30 minutes of taking a dose of either formula. With consistent daily use, the effects build over time.

Where are they made?
Both Uplift and Unwind are manufactured in Canada in a Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) certified facility, formulated by Sanaz Bahrami, MSc Biomedical Engineering, founder of Melts Infusions. Each formula is produced to Health Canada's regulatory standards (Uplift NPN 80144263, Unwind NPN 80143850).

Yes. Both products ship across Canada and the United States. In the US, they are sold as dietary supplements.

Why I made the Duo

I'm Sanaz Bahrami, founder of Melts Infusions and a biomedical engineer by training. I built the Duo because the nervous system isn't a one-product problem. The way you feel during the day affects how you wind down at night, and how you wind down at night affects how you show up the next morning.

Two formulas. Same standards. Both submitted to Health Canada for licensing. Both made in Canada. Both transparently dosed at amounts that match the clinical research.
