Inside, a disturbing poem intended for the victim. As this twisted and unsettling story unfolds, you introduce an envelope which has a birthday card inside for the spectator. However, when it is taken out, the clown that should be on the front is found to have vanished. None the less, you take a red balloon from your pocket and blow it up for the spectator who is asked to pose with their card and the balloon. You borrow their phone and take a memento photo.
The spectator is instructed to open the card and read the bespoke poem written for them. By the time they reach the end, something happens that will make them scream and shudder. Finally, when they look back at the photo on their phone, there is now a creepy clown looking back at them...
This is a killer dark effect designed to build suspense, make your audience jump out of their skin and finally, leave them with a disturbing photo memento. The handling and props do the hard work for you so you can focus on your performance!

Adorable, sparkly little board book for youngsters!
Format: Board book
Quick book about sharing and friendship. Beautiful board book with sparkles on the fish. Including the cover, there are 6 pages to turn. I bought for the kids I babysit (age 11 months and age 4). Excellent little book for a child or teacher's library!

Classic Kids Book
Format: Board book
The Rainbow Fish is one of those children’s books that has been around forever for a reason. The story is sweet and the illustrations are beautiful. It is a great book to read with kids and one that seems to stick around in family libraries for years.

Great illustrations but not sure about the story
Format: Board book
My toddler is obsessed with all things fish, so when she picked out The Rainbow Fish from Amazon search. The illustrations are gorgeous, and my daughter is mesmerized by the sparkly, foil-like scales on the fish. She keeps pointing at them every time we read it, and it’s become a bedtime favorite just for the shiny colors!
One thing I found a little odd is the story: the Rainbow Fish gives away all her beautiful scales to make friends. It’s a sweet message about sharing, but as a parent I admit it made me scratch my head a bit (I wasn’t sure if my toddler really gets why the fish parts with all her sparkles). Still, it’s a friendly tale and we enjoy reading it together.

A Timeless Classic That Nourishes the Mind!
Format: Board book
Where to even begin with Eric Carle's "The Very Hungry Caterpillar"? This book has been a cornerstone of childhood for countless kids—and with good reason!
First and foremost, the visual elements are stunning. Eric Carle’s unique collage technique brings the story to life in a way that instantly captures the attention of both young and older readers. His choice of bold, vibrant colors is just like eye-candy for the young ones.
The tale itself is simple yet profound. A caterpillar eats its way through various foods, both healthy and not-so-healthy, growing bigger and ultimately transforming into a butterfly. On one level, it’s a delightful story about change and growth; on another, it subtly teaches children about the days of the week, counting, and nutrition.
I appreciate how the book incorporates little "holes" in the pages to indicate where the caterpillar has munched through, adding a tactile element to the reading experience. My 5-year-old loves poking her fingers through the holes, making the story not just a visual but also a sensory delight!
It’s also worth noting that the story is quick and to-the-point, making it perfect for bedtime or for little ones with shorter attention spans. But despite its brevity, it offers a wealth of topics to explore and discuss, from biology and metamorphosis to making healthier food choices.
"The Very Hungry Caterpillar" isn't just a book; it's an interactive, educational experience that both children and adults can enjoy together. It is a tale that transcends time and remains as relevant today as it was when it was first published. If you haven't introduced your children to this story yet, you're missing out on a classic that’s as nourishing for the mind as it is a delight for the senses.
