The Maxtrac Suspension 4.5-inch lift for the Ford F150 is a cost-effective way to lift your 2WD wheel drive truck without breaking the budget. The spindles come with extended, DOT compliant, stainless steel braided brake lines. The rear lift comes with Maxtrac twin-tube shocks, lift blocks and U-bolts. I got these for my boyfriend and he loves them. The color green is really nice and the quality is really good. I would recommend doing a waterproof/weather treatment to them if you plan to wear them outside. His got water marks on them already and I didn't treat them.
Important note: If you have narrow feet these will work great, but if you have wide feet it might be an issue. They are true to size.
