"Gorgeously styled and seductively complex, showing ripe cherry, thyme, smoked game, almond and earthy mushroom characters, leading to a beautifully rounded palate offering excellent weight and soothing mouthfeel. "Aromas and flavours of ripe red berries with cherry at the core then plum, some cranberry flavours and tart cherry. Firm and dry with plenty of mouthfeel from textured tannins, acidity makes a firm statement too. The core flavours of this wine are with fruits then oak then a stony mineral quality suggesting greywacke stone and silt. Well made, still youthful with plenty of development time ahead. Best drinking from 2025 through 2033+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Nov 2023
"Light, savoury pinot noir with dried herb, cherry, wood smoke, mineral and hedgerow flavours. Dry with restrained fruit flavours and typical varietal and regional characters" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, The Real Review, Jun 2024
Food Pairing: Enjoy it on its own or with red meat, duck or pheasant.
