Light pink, fine and persistent perlage. Delicate and elegant, with fragrant notes of wild berries, citrus fruit, dry rose, and mature apricot. Good structure with a great harmony between acidity and sugar; savoury, dry, velvety with scents of wild berries. Pleasant aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Perfect as aperitif, light starters and seafood.

Bright, straw yellow with green highlights. The perlage is delicate and persistent. It reminds of acacia flowers, of good intensity with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit. Good structure, soft with emerging fruity notes; balanced and fullbodied, it is pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Food Pairing: Perfect as aperitif served with battered vegetables, fried food, cheese and cold pasta, excellent with oysters, prawns and truffles.

Bright, straw yellow. The perlage is delicate and persistent. Intense and elegant aroma of acacia flowers with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit. Good structure, soft with notes of fruit, balanced and savoury. Pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Food Pairing: Perfect as aperitif served with battered vegetables, fried food, cheese; with oysters, prawns and truffles.
