If you read one book on the Mona Lisa, let this be it. From the artwork to its theft and role in popular culture, The Thefts of the Mona Lisa provides the complete story, as written by a best-selling, Pulitzer finalist. Leonardo da Vinci's portrait, called the Mona Lisa, is without doubt the world's most famous painting. It achieved its fame not only because it is a remarkable example of Renaissance portraiture, created by an acclaimed artistic and scientific genius, but because of its criminal history. The Mona Lisa (also called La Gioconda or La Joconde) was stolen on 21 August 1911 by an Italian, Vincenzo Peruggia. Peruggia was under the mistaken impression that the Mona Lisa had been stolen from Italy during the Napoleonic era, and he wished to take back for Italy one of his country's greatest treasures. His successful theft of the painting from the Louvre, the farcical manhunt that followed, and Peruggia's subsequent trial in Florence were highly publicized, sparking the attention of the international media, and catapulting an already admired painting into stratospheric heights of fame. This book tells the art and criminal history of the Mona Lisa. This book examines the criminal biography of Leonardo's Mona Lisa, with a focus on separating fact from fiction in the story of what is not only the most famous art heist in history, but which is the single most famous theft of all time. In the process this book also tells of Leonardo's creation of the Mona Lisa, discusses why it is so famous, and investigates two other events in its history of theft and renown. First, it examines the so-called "affaire des statuettes," in which Pablo Picasso and Guillaume Apollinaire were arrested under suspicion of involvement in the theft of the Mona Lisa. Second, there has long been a question as to whether the Nazis stole the Mona Lisa during the Second World War-a question that this book seeks to resolve.

Perfect Drawer Organizers—Love the Assorted Sizes
Color: Clear
I really love these drawer organizers. The quality is great, and the assorted sizes are exactly why I decided to purchase them. I used a few inside my vanity to help keep everything more organized, and they work perfectly for separating smaller items without everything getting cluttered together. I like that there are multiple sizes included because it makes it easy to customize the layout for different drawers and products. One feature I really appreciate is the non-slip bottom. They stay in place well and don’t slide around every time I open and close my drawers, which makes a huge difference. The clear plastic design also makes it easy to quickly see where everything is without digging through the drawer making a mess. They feel sturdy and durable, not flimsy like some other organizers I’ve tried. I also like that they can be stacked when not in use, which helps save space. Best for: vanities, makeup organization, bathroom drawers, office supplies, and general home organization Overall, these are practical, well made, and really help make drawers look cleaner and more organized. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Clear, Stable, and Surprisingly Better Than IKEA
Color: Clear
I didn’t expect to be this impressed by drawer organizers, but the Vtopmart 25 PCS Clear Plastic Drawer Organizers really delivered. The non-slip silicone pads actually work — once placed, the trays don’t slide around at all, even when opening and closing drawers frequently. That alone makes a huge difference in daily use. What I love most is how much space they save while keeping everything clearly visible. The clear plastic makes it easy to find what I need at a glance, and the variety of sizes lets me customize each drawer instead of forcing everything into awkward layouts. All the organizers have a solid, usable depth, so items don’t tip over or feel cramped. Cleaning is effortless — a quick wipe and they look new again. Compared to IKEA organizers I’ve used before, these feel more practical, easier to maintain, and honestly more flexible. Add in the great price for a 25-piece set, and this feels like one of those simple purchases that quietly makes everyday life more organized and less frustrating.

nice set
Color: Clear Black
I bought this set to organize a messy desk drawer and it made a huge difference right away. Having multiple sizes in one pack is what really makes this set useful. I was able to customize the layout instead of trying to force everything into a few fixed compartments. The trays feel sturdy enough for everyday use and the clear design makes it easy to see everything at a glance. I used them for things like pens, paper clips, chargers, and random small items that usually get lost, and now everything actually has a place. They also don’t slide around much once placed, especially if the drawer is fairly full, which I appreciated. Setup took just a few minutes and instantly made the space look cleaner and more put together. If I had to note anything, the plastic is lightweight, so it is not heavy duty, but for organizing office supplies it works perfectly fine. Overall, a really practical set that helps you stay organized without overthinking it.

Great organizers!
Color: Clear
This is a really practical organizer set. I used it in my bathroom and nightstand drawers, and it helped clean everything up fast. The different sizes are the best part—you can mix and match depending on what you’re storing. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the plastic isn’t super heavy-duty, but it’s still perfectly fine for everyday use. Good value for the amount you get.
