About the class

Preserving does not have to be difficult or take all weekend. In fact, it can be as easy as turning two tired eggplants into a jar of relish chutney, a few cucumbers into a jar of pickles or the last two lemons in the fruit bowl into homemade preserved lemons. In this class you will be introduced to the craft of pickling, including fennel pickling, pickled pears and a roasted vegetable pickle demonstration.
