CoQ10 is a naturally occurring substance that is essential for energy production and is of particular importance in supporting cardiovascular health.* CoQ10 has potent antioxidant properties and cell membrane stabilizing effects, and may help maintain healthy blood pressure already in the normal range.* This formula also provides the antioxidant vitamin E.

Recommended Dose:

Adults take 1 softgel daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.

Recommended Use:

Helps to support cardiovascular health and as an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health.

Caution:

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood pressure medication, or taking blood thinners. Do not use if perma seal is missing.

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen.
